Wendt Farm and Nursery, a Santa Rosa County, Florida landmark, has been growing wholesome and delicious vegetables for 35 years! As people moved to Pace, urban sprawl encroached the original farm site on Chumuckla Highway in Pace (FL) and the decision was made to move the farm 15 miles north in rural Santa Rosa County. The move proved to be a bit inconvenient for those who were used to stopping by the roadside stand in town to pick up some fresh vegetables.

The Wendt’s commitment to providing the best locally grown sweet corn, peas, butterbeans, tomatoes, cantaloupe, and watermelon coupled with the desire to better serve their customers resulted in building and opening the Seasonal  Market located on the original farm site in town.
